Linda was born in St. Louis Missouri, graduated with a degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. She started her career in marketing for financial institutions in New York City, Pennsylvania and Nebraska while raising 3 children. Linda utilized the strategic side of marketing by working in governance with various not for profit organizations, culminating in a 13 year involvement with Girl Scouts of Nebraska. Being actively involved in all sports, Linda spent a stint teaching tennis in Omaha while participating competitively in tournaments statewide and nationally for over 20 years.
After multiple surgeries beginning during the college years, and continuing throughout her life, Linda finally found the world of Pilates and yoga and began her training and certification process about 12 years ago in Omaha and New Mexico. What drives her desire to instruct is the hope of guiding others to find balance and self awareness in their own bodies so that they can hopefully avoid the pain and recovery from overuse and injury
Because of her extensive training in yoga, Linda leans towards a flowing full body integration of movement in Pilates classes to help balance and enhance overall functioning and performance. Linda is passionate about helping clients listen to their bodies and increase longevity with strength, health and overall well-being physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Linda enjoys golf, skiing, biking, kayaking, hiking and walking. Family is her number one priority and spends time traveling to see them. Favorite food.... any kind of potato!
