Carolyn started taking classes at Pilates Center of Omaha in 2018 to help her with lower back pain, and found that it was just what she needed to become stronger. She loved Pilates so much she decided to take the classes to become a STOTT PILATES Reformer Instructor in 2024. Carolyn isn’t new to movement and the human body- she’s been a massage therapist since 2000, and a yoga teacher since 2015. She teaches restorative yoga on the first and third Sundays of the month here at Pilates Center of Omaha. Pilates has helped her so much with her physically demanding job. It has kept her strong, improved her body mechanics, and prevented injuries. She wants to share this Pilates power with others! She’s passionate about helping people recover from injuries and loves to see their posture and muscles change through doing Pilates.
Whenever she has free time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, biking, kayaking, and spending time with her hubby and puppy
