Private New Client Intro Package

For new clients. Pilates exercise has many benefits, but only if done correctly. It’s important that you start off right.

One-on-one Pilates sessions provide you with the most in-depth and educational moments with respect to understanding how to efficiently strengthen your core, improve posture and increase flexibility as well as understand the mechanics of the reformer and various pieces of pilates equipment. The most effective way to focus on your individual needs, injuries or concerns is through our Private Pilates Sessions. We want you to start here so that you get the most out of your workouts, whether you continue with privates, group reformer, or fitness classes. You won’t be disappointed.

These one-on-one sessions are individually scheduled to meet your availability.

  • 3 Private sessions

  • 2 Group Reformer Classes

  • 1 Fitness Class that can be used towards: Total Barre, Aerial, CORE Strengthening and Balance, Pilates with Props and other fitness classes.

Group New Client Intro Package

The 2nd option to get started with Pilates on the Reformer is through our Introductory Group classes.  

The Pilates Center of Omaha periodically runs progressive Introduction to Reformer classes, where you will learn the basic principles of STOTT PILATES®, as well as the Essential Exercises and equipment mechanics that are necessary to attend group classes.

All participants in these classes are new clients also, so learning in this intro environment is fun and enjoyable as a group of clients begin their journey together.

  • 3 Introductory Group Reformer sessions
  • 3 Group Reformer Classes to be used following the introductory class
  • 1 Fitness Class that can be used towards: Total Barre, Aerial, CORE Strengthening and Balance, Pilates with Props and other fitness classes.
