This class is taught by:

Madeline Koesters

Madeline graduated from The University of Missouri - Kansas City and holds BFA in dance performance and choreography with an emphasis in ballet and modern. Madeline grew up in Omaha and trained with Creighton Dance Company, Omaha Theater Ballet School and was a founding member of Ballet Nebraska II. She is the recipient of the Young Artist Award and has had her choreography featured in Omaha Dance Project.

During Madeline's formal ballet training, she was introduced to Pilates as a way to enhance her dancing through cross-training. Pilates has helped her establish greater strength and body awareness.  In addition to Pilates instruction, Madeline is a dancer with the region's resident professional ballet company, American Midwest Ballet.

Nancy Babe

Studio Coordinator
Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor
Nancy was born and raised in Omaha. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha where she received her BSBA with an emphasis in marketing.

Nancy has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a certified STOTT PILATES® Mat and Reformer Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

Nancy had always been active in sports and fitness. Therefore, it was only natural for her to be drawn to the fitness industry after a career with IBM and staying home to raise a family of five.

Bilateral hip replacement surgery put an end to her love of running. Nancy totally attributes her Pilates practice to her full and quick recovery. Today, she enjoys cycling, Barre, Pilates, spending time with family, friends, cooking and reading.

Favorite foods: Pretzels and apples, lemon oatmeal cookie and a cold fountain drink.

Beth Cutsor

Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor

Beth sought out Pilates in order to work her body like an athlete without the impact and soreness in joints she would feel after typical weight training. After years of playing sports and feeling the effects, Pilates gave her an outlet to feel strong and flexible while building awareness of her posture and breathing.

Beth loves teaching Pilates because clients reap those same benefits; They gain strength and confidence in their bodies and learn the proper alignment of their spines, which many times help them improve the way they move throughout the day.

Her favorite snack is pretzels or grapes and she enjoys riding her bike, playing the piano or listening to music in her free time.

Jennifer Bertucci

Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor

Jennifer is a STOTT PILATES® Reformer instructor and graduated from UNL with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She worked as a rehab trainer in Colorado for several years.

Exercise & fitness have always been a daily part of her lifestyle. She enjoys outdoor activities such as running, walking, swimming and anything active.

Jennifer began practicing Pilates to gain the benefits of a strong core and increase her strength and flexibility as an alternative to high impact strength training. Pilates has helped her become more aware of her posture and areas to improve and challenge within herself.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children watching them play sports. Her favorite snack is yogurt dipped pretzels, chocolate covered raisins and a cold fountain diet coke.
